So MC have a very unique set of skills he can absorb people power source and increase his power 10x fold. also like Sasuke Sharingan when his eyes turn neon blue he can copy people moves and skills just by observing their combat skills, and also have a berserker stage with the red eyes, but I think he can't fully control that power yet making him lose control of himself.

It seems like the blue one is like the Sharingan, he was able to learn the opponent's skills and kungfu and use it against them. Remember in episode 3, he learned and copied both the students (one with bamboo sword and the other with the fan) kung fu skills easily and perfectly. Like Feng's "break it" or "break" skill that used vibrations/ripples using the air from yelling a word as an attack that violently pushes the opposite person away from the user; and the other was "The Fall of Vajra" skill used by the Xie guy using fans. So he must have a perfect photogenic memory of some kind (when it comes to skills at least), probably why Su Baiyi's mentor gave him the secret skill" that the court of Qingming wants to retrieve.

So in that form he looks like he's mentally poised and more physically perceptive to external forces as he's no longer in monster/berserk mode. He might be physically inferior than berserk form, but he still has increased strength and makes up for the lack of speed as he moves with a purpose with carefully calculated (attacks/defensive) movements which is why he possibly moves slower than when in his red eyes berserker form. He is way more perceptive in a fight, more fluent and the longer it goes he becomes more adept learning as he goes and even using opponents moves against themselves. He's quite elegantly reflexive and also seems he's potentially impervious to certain kungfu skills (as he quickly recovered from Xie's 36 acupuncture skill that was supposed to paralyze him and also was not only unaffected by Feng's sword wing move "blade of wind or dipper blade" but completely cancelled out his move, then dismantled more of Feng's bamboo sword, kicked him away from him and accurately kicked the bamboo sword towards Feng's head with precision which would've possibly killed Feng).

Blue eyes has more control over himself (being more on defensive watching the opponents attacks until he has read the situation and then goes on the attack), than red eyes form, while as the red eyed/pupil personality, he's more instinctual relying on instincts, also faster and stronger in this form. The bamboo guy asked Su Baiyi why he slowed down when fighting the fan guy, so this form must be superior than the blue eyed/pupil form in speed and strength. Though more animalistic instinctually going after his prey (like tunnel vision almost) without carefully perceiving the situation like other external threats. They're both quite fascinating and I wonder if I'm right or wrong and how he came to possess such cheats/haxx. No wonder his mentor stole the secret skill(s) and gave it to Su Baiyi, he'll be a OP Master amongst ants!! Can't wait to find out what other abilities/secrets he has (like his absorption skill) and what secret skills the mentor gave him that he memorized.

But I guess you're not a reader huh, must be a millennium since that generation and after don't like to read and have microwave minds (short attention spans). Hopefully you change and understand the importance of reading, especially actual books, not manga/manhwa/manhua (though I love to read those picture books too). But by the way they're going, I wouldn't be surprised if a couple generations from now they'll forget how to read unless it's simple Dr. Seuss books like "Cat In The Hat" with simple rhyming sentences that contains maximum of 6-8 words and barely a paragraph in total in a page smh.
